Von Darcor German Shepherds are pleased to announce the safe arrival of 10 very active, strong, healthy puppies between BRANDO vom ILSEGRUND AD IPO3 and VONCLARZ ZSA ZSA - 4 males, 6 females - colours: grey sable and dark sables - whelped on 31 JAN 2016.
Currently 4 females are available.
We are excited about the potential prospects from this litter as the breeding will combine significant and traditional DDR and Czech Border Patrol/PD lineage with a splash of modern influence. We are expecting strong boned pups, typical of their traditional heritage, possessing high drive and aptitude for tracking with stable temperaments.
BRANDO is a black male, possessing high working drives, stable temperament, exceptional bone and head strength and prescence. He is an excellent example of the typical representative of the desirable working dog, having demonstrated all desired working traits through achievement of his AD and IPO3 titles, as well as having been breed surveyed holding a V rating.
Imported from Germany, BRANDO's pedigree combines strong traditional DDR working dogs, of whom BRANDO draws impressive physique and strong work ethic. Strong, proven East German working dogs as well as DDR legends including, Arek von uns Heimaturt, Aron vom Sachsentraum, Sven vom Grafental, Ingo vom Rudingen, Bero von der Friedersdorfer, DDR Siegers Xito vom Baruther Land and Condor vom Marderpfahl (to name but a few) can be found in BRANDO's front and extended lineage.
BRANDO was entered into the 2013 BSP (German IPO National Championships), placing 35th from a field of 119 entries, under handler Werner Kerbernik (GMY). Since BRANDO's 2014 arrival in Australia, he has successfully achieved the title of 2015 WGSDCA IPO Grand National Champion. From limited breedings, BRANDO has progeny titled in Europe and under development in families and sporting homes alike in Australia, as well as under development with QLD Police Dog Squad.
ZSA ZSA is a well structured, grey sable female with a strong almost masculine head. She is a strong, athletic, high drive female, possessing exceptional temperament in the family environment. ZSA ZSA has a high activity level and possesses natural tracking drive that is very easy to train. She exudes self confidence, is thick nerved and highly dominant, she is not for the inexperienced handler.
ZSA ZSA is a product of highly successful imported sire, Nivo vom Lubarser Schlosschen BH TR1 (imp DEU), proven producer of operational service dogs in Australia. ZSA ZSA's pedigree brings together influential sires found throughout the dogs utilised within our breeding program. Combining that sprinkling of Czech blood that we like in our dogs, through her dams side - her great grandsire, Warkos Anrebri SchH3, IPO1, ZVV1 was a widely used sire in Czech and renowned for producing strong boned progeny with hard working characters. It is through Warkos that influential working dogs such as Chasanta Anrebri, Omar z Blatenskeho zamku, Klara z Pohranicni straze, Titus z Pohranicni straze, Bero von der Friedersdorfer Flur and Condor vom Mardepfahl become present. ZSA ZSA also carries 2 x BSP Fax vom Grenzganger SchH3, Kuran van Tiekerhook IPO1 through Vonforell Vocho and Stormfronts Brawnson SWAT K9,Dual Purpose Patrol/Narcotics K9, 2000 National Police Dog Champion,SchH3, DPO2, WPO, FH2 - sires that need no introduction in Australia.
ZSA ZSA currently has progeny within private security firms - under development for area and asset security for QLD Railways, sporting homes and recruited by the QLD Police Dog Squad.
